Research by boffins reveal that up to two thirds of us admit to our sleep being interrupted by snoring. One partner sleeps blissfully whilst the other struggles through the cacophony of honks, hoots and snorts! One then wakes up feeling cranky and grouchy - possibly both of you if the offending snorer has been given a nudge to stop.
And then the arguments start and it’s downhill from then on. In one study 12% of people cited snoring as a reason for divorcing a partner!
So, it’s important to do something about the snoring problem. Buy an anti snoring device, change your lifestyle of even sleep in separate bedrooms. But do something, at least for the sake of your relationship.
